Link Love | Week 3&4

Time really flies and it's Sunday once again. With work, family and life in general I can't say I've had a very relaxing week, but atleast there's a brand new week ahead of us. I'm working today, but never on Mondays, so I always have a nice and quiet start to the week. But since most of you are probably not working today, I hope you find time for a little bit of relaxation before returning to the real world tomorrow. Link Love | Week 52

I'm a little late (as is very typical of me), but I wanted to wish you all a merry Christmas. Or happy holidays. Or whatever suits your country/religion/lifestyle. I know some people have already taken down their decorations, but for me it's Christmas atleast until New Years Eve. I've been enjoying a somewhat relaxing break from work, and I hope that anyone reading is having a good time too. Christmas is about family for me, and that is exactly what we're going in our tour on southern Norway, just trying to visit all of Edwards grandparents.

But now that it's Sunday I'm sharing my last links of the year with my favorite reads from the past week. Just a little something for you to unwind. I'll be posting part four of vlogmas later today, so be sure to check that out as well.

This passing week was officially the first week of Christmas! Well, for me atleast. I know alot of people only see Christmas as the few days before and after Christmas Eve. Not me. I've had a lovely week, ending now in my dads livingroom in my old hometown. To end the week, here on the blog, I have a new batch of links for you. • Sabrina from The Beauty Look Book (basically my favorite beauty blog) has two guys for her readers, one about her blogging cameras and one on holiday reds for lips and nails.
• MakeUp4All has the down low on the 2015 Pantone colour of the year, Marsala.
• Another blogger serving up guides this week is RAEview who talks us through Dolce & Gabbanas foundations, writes up her top eight products from Burberry and makes it easy with her nail polish 101.
• Alix from I Covet Thee has a cute video on her winter skincare staples (video).
• And last but not least, there are two big posts on new lipsticks that caught my eye. First Michelle swatches a few of the new Tom Ford Lips & Boys limited edition lipsticks, then head over to the Makeup and Beauty Blog and read about the new and permanent MAC Ultimate Lipsticks.

• My favorite Norwegian blogger, Anette Haga, shared not one, but two great posts of interior decorating this week. The first post is filled with inspiration for holiday decor, and in the second post she shared photos from her gorgeous home office.

I've decided to add a new weekly feature to the blog, where I share the blogger love and link my favorite posts and videos from the past week. I started blogging because I loved reading blogs, and I still do. Since I can only write so many posts during the week, I thought this would be a great way to introduce you to the best the beauty blogging world has to offer from the previous week. Since this is my first post, not all links will be from this week, but they are all current.

Beauty Related:

• Rose Keats, a fellow redhead YouTuber, has a festive home haul filled with cute goodies (video).
• Makeup Savvy has a little guide to the best makeup books out there, in case you would want to treat yourself, or a friend.
• The Makeup and Beauty blog swatched the gorgeous holiday highlighters from Bobbi Brown, as well as a writeup of Cle de Peau's Perfect Lash mascara and she has the 411 on a strange new hair invention.
• Over at The British Beauty Blogger you can read about the upcoming spring collections from Clarins, Chanel and Givenchy. The Clarins lip oils have me very intrigued.
• Let's not forget Sabrina from The Beauty Look Book, who has a big post on Charlotte Tilbury lipglosses, and reviews of Diptyques new holiday candles.

Lifestyle/Random:

• Rosie aka. The Londoner has the most beautiful pictures from a day well spent in Disneyland Paris.
• Get inspired with some beautiful autumnal snaps from Paris via Paris in Four Months.
• Makeup Savvy has the most amazing holiday gift guide, where you're sure to find something for everyone.
• MakeUp4All also has a great gift guide, but this one is all about beauty-related gifts for men.
• Although not really blogging related, the most exciting link this week is the trailer for Jurassic World, which is coming next summer. I just couldn't help myself, since Jurassic Park is my favorite movie!
